The integrated Torque Lock function allows the torque mechanism to be deactivated, enabling the tool to be safely used for loosening screws and bolts without damaging the internal components. Torque values are quick and easy to set using the clear main and fine scales, with audible and tactile clicks as scale values are reached to ensure precise adjustment. When the preset torque is achieved, a robust release mechanism delivers a clear audible and tactile signal, confirming correct torque application every time.
The 1/4 inch square drive insert features patent registered socket locking, ensuring secure socket retention during use.
