Milwaukee BOLT 100 White Safety Helmet Vented

The Milwaukee BOLT 100 White Vented Safety Helmet offers superior comfort and compatibility with a range of accessories. With its lightweight ABS shell and adjustable features, it’s designed for optimal protection and ease of use.

Features:

  • BOLT™ system – ensures compatibility among a large range of accessories with an easy and intuitive attachment system.
  • Extremely comfortable and easy to adjust wheel ratchet adjustment system.
  • Shell made of ABS for lightweight properties.
  • 6 points suspension for added comfort.
  • Changeable and comfortable sweatband.
  • Available in sizes 52 - 68 cm.
  • Available in 8 colours with a glossy finish: white, yellow, orange, red, black, green, blue, and high visibility yellow.
  • Certified as per EN 397:2012 with optional requirements for Multi Metal, extreme temperatures -30°C, Lateral Deformation, and Electrical insulation up to 440 V a.c. (electrical insulation only on the unvented version).
  • Certified as per EN 50365:2002 Electrical class 0 for installations with nominal voltage up to 1000V A.C. and 1500V D.C. in both vented and unvented versions.

  • Storage instructions: The helmet should be transported in sufficiently robust packaging to prevent accidental damage to the shell or harness. Store in a proper storage bag and/or in a closed cabinet to avoid extended exposure to sunlight, cold, humidity, exhaust fumes, etc. Storage temperature: +5°C to +35°C. Storage humidity: < 85%.
  • Usage instructions: Before and after each use, inspect the shell, suspension and lining for breakage, cracks, craze patterns, discoloration, chalky appearance, or any other unusual condition. If any of these conditions exist, replace the helmet immediately, as these conditions can indicate that the helmet has lost its capacity to protect from impact, penetration, and/or electrical shock.
