The Makita HR004G 40V MAX XGT Brushless SDS+ Rotary Hammer Drill is an intensely powerful machine that offers the same performance level as a corded machine while providing the full freedom of movement with a cordless design. This versatile drill includes a 3-mode function: Rotary only, rotary hammer, and chisel action (hammer only). The drill specifications are impressive, delivering 2.9 Joules of impact energy with a 5000 bpm impact rate. It achieves a no-load speed of 980 rpm with a drill capacity of 32 mm in wood, 28 mm in concrete, and 13 mm in steel (with TCT Core bit; capacity in concrete is 54 mm, and with a Diamond core bit, the capacity is 65 mm).
Additional features include a one-touch sliding chuck for easier bit installation/removal, electric brake, variable speed control via the trigger, a torque limiter, dual rotational control, and anti-vibration technology. To enhance user comfort, the drill incorporates a 'Soft no-load' function that automatically reduces motor speed during idling, suppressing machine body vibration.
The constant speed control and LED job light offer complete control over the drill, enabling you to work effectively in various lighting conditions. The drill is also supplied with an interchangeable chuck from SDS+ to a 24 mm 3-jaw chuck.
