Delivery Information

For items in stock, we strive to dispatch orders placed before 6 PM, Monday to Friday, on the same day, making every reasonable effort to do so. Standard delivery is typically free for orders over £100; however, handling charges may apply. Delivery charges, including potential fuel surcharges, are subject to change at any time, even for orders not yet placed. For heavy or bulky items, any applicable delivery or handling charges will be communicated prior to dispatch.

While we make every effort to meet delivery or performance estimates, we cannot accept liability for delays, non-delivery, or non-performance. Delivery times are not guaranteed. Dispatch may be delayed for reasons such as credit checks, fraud prevention measures, or pending payment clearance. In such cases, we will endeavor to provide timely updates.

Returns Policy for UK Customers

Orders cannot be canceled or returned for credit without our prior written agreement. If cancellation or credit is approved, you must obtain a returns authorization number before returning the goods.

Conditions for Returned Goods

• Returned goods must be received by us within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be undamaged, in re-saleable condition, and in their original packaging (including our outer packaging).

Additional Charges

Goods returned after 14 days as "unwanted" or "incorrectly ordered" may be accepted at our discretion but will incur a 30% restocking fee.
