Unika Compact Hinge Jig
This compact hinge jig from Unika helps position hinges perfectly. Its portable design allows for easy transport between jobs, making it ideal for onsite use. The jig creates a 20 mm recess for a 76 mm hinge and 30 mm for a 102 mm hinge, suitable for both doors and door frames. The quick and accurate setup features a bradawl pin fixing for stability before use, and the adjustable setup allows alteration of the distance between hinges, with a minimum distance of 230 mm from the top or bottom of the door, complying with BS EN 1935.
