Important! Please note this machine only accepts Makita 40v Max XGT batteries; all other Makita batteries are NOT compatible. The Makita PB002G is a 40V Max XGT battery-powered cordless band saw. This band saw is primarily intended for cutting 4" to 4-1/2" steel pipes. The belt speed can be adjusted electronically and can reach 3.2 m/min. Because of the stable bridge construction with an aluminum frame, the machine is extremely durable.
