Can I track my delivery?

Yes, you can track your delivery by logging into your account and selecting the 'Orders' section.

Can my order be delivered to a different address or a job site?

Absolutely. During the checkout process, you have the option to add a new delivery address or edit your current one.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

At this time, we do not offer delivery services outside of the United Kingdom.

How do I select my delivery service?

During checkout, you will be presented with a delivery calendar. By default, the calendar selects the next available standard delivery date. You can customize this by selecting a specific delivery date (up to 7 days in advance) and reviewing any service upgrades available in your delivery area.

What happens if I am not available to receive my delivery?

On the morning of your delivery, our courier will send you a text message or email with your delivery details. Within this notification, you will have the option to:

  • Request your parcel to be left in a safe place
  • Have it delivered to a neighbor
  • Arrange a 'drop to shop' (more details provided in the notification)
  • Re-schedule delivery for a more convenient date

If you know in advance that you will not be available, you can provide specific instructions—such as leaving the parcel in a secure location or with a neighbor—when placing your order. This can be added in the 'Special Instructions' box on the Delivery Options page.

How do I receive a 1-hour delivery time slot?

For most deliveries, our courier will provide you with a 1-hour delivery window via text message or email. If you are unavailable during that time, alternative delivery options will be provided within the notification.
